Great addition to the Chia Charge range. I mainly use these for swimming and perfect to give me energy for those long or hard interval sessions. Very light on the tummy and easy to digest. The single pouches are also perfect for taking to events.

Worked a treat! I tried this out for my Sunday morning slow run (11k). I had it about 45 minutes before I went and I didn't get any gastric issues at all, and it kept me going the whole way. It tasted surprisingly good just mixed with half with water and half soya milk but then decided to add a handful of blueberries and blended it. I really enjoyed drinking it. I liked how it added to my hydration and contains a bit of protein too, you could add in a scoop of protein or peanut powder too if needed. I also didn't feel too knackered later in the day so I think the amount of carbs worked well for me. I'm deffo going to get some more.

If you know you're going to be out on a long bike ride or better still an Audax, bang a sachet of this into your porridge pot in the morning. You'll then enjoy a steady, slow release of that much needed energy throughout your day! Sachets are handy for the Audaxes but you can't go wrong with a big 1kg bag ;-)

Great fuel before a run, and… I put this in my drop bag with a spare shaker and had as a mid way fuel for a recent 40 mile Ultra! Finished well! Even got hubby onto this now.

I would love to show you the full glass, but it's way too tasty to not drink straight down! The maple flavour is fab as it comes, but it's also great mixed with other goodies - here with turmeric, grated ginger and spinach

Experiment is ongoing finding the best solution to pre and post refuelling issues . For me these are superb - I like the oat ones with milk . I have had no issues with nausea or feeling like I have had too many gels . Recovery is great but I also use them just before a difficult work out and also during . Not had any stomach issues at all so I highly recommend them .

I'm sceptical by design, but thought I'd give these a go due to their natural ingredients.
First time took it just before a 10k - struggled to be honest. But since then I've used them every pre-run or pre-gym session and I love them.
Just this morning achieved sub 30min 5K and 60min 10k and HM the first in years!
Really easy on the stomach - just give yourself time to mix properly.

I used this product as pre race fuel for the old county tops fell race. I found it easy to drink and had no stomach upsets from it. I’ll continue to use these drinks on longer training days and future long races

I wasn't sure what to expect from this Oat sachet, but it more than impressed me.
It was so simple to make, tasted delicious and digested so well. I've always loved syrup with my porridge and have it as a pre race, long training day breakfast, but with this sachet I was ready to go in 20-30 mins. It didn't upset my tummy, or sit heavy and slosh around.
The added chia seeds is what Goldilocks was missing, because this was perfect.
I've since ordered the 1.5kg bag.

I love this drink, I made it with skimmed milk and it tasted like porridge and filled me up for my 5 mile run. I have a sensitive stomach and cannot eat before running, but this drink didn’t affect me at all. I would definitely recommend

I was very pleasantly surprised by this drink. I thought it might be gloopy and heavy in my stomach whereas it was actually very light and easily digestible. The flavour was lovely. I will definitely use it again.

I got the pre fuel as part of a deal when I ordered my regular chia fix.
I used it leading up to the London marathon this year and I think I’m safe in saying this is now my pre race fuel.
I have it with water, it’s light, it’s tasty and it certainly keeps me going until first carb stop on longer runs. Also it’s really easy to digest and that’s important for long runs.

Hello!
Chatted to you at the running show and we bought some of the pre run porridge oats to try along with a box of bars. You might remember us: My friend K has crohn’s and I’m post chemo and both of us struggle with certain products and managing energy esp with ultras.
Anyhow just to say we trialled it Pre run on Sunday and taste was great and energy levels fab!
Only feedback is that a scoop to get the right amount in the cup so we didn’t have to use weighing scales would have been quicker for our dash out and less messy!
Otherwise 10/10!
