Chia Books

As ever these are purely my own views, as opposed to the conclusion of a learned team of running chia eating book reviewers. If you want to have a chat with me please talk to me through email timtaylor@chiacharge.co.uk or through Facebook or Twitter, I always respond.

Some Great Books to Read

This looks like being the book of the year (ok as far as chia is concerned). Chia by PhD Wayne Coates was released 7 Jul 2012. This guy is supposed to be the world's foremost expert, on chia seeds.

Just read this by Scott Jurek ,Eat and Run, and really enjoyed trying out the recipes, vegetable chilli is the current favourite.

There are loads of books, and I am trying to get through them, but you know, you can’t do everything, well not today anyway. These aren’t all necessarily to do with Chia seeds, but they will be to do with running.

By the way, I won’t get money from Amazon if you buy through the link (as I haven’t figured out how that works)

I have read these ones, and enjoyed them. If you are lucky like me, your son will buy one of them for your birthday.
